Helpdesk

 

Effective's telephone/telematic support services (TEL/helpdesk) are based upon advanced workflow tools. Support requests submitted to Effective are recorded and traced until problem solution.

Any request received by our Helpdesk is assigned to the responsible operator who determins which of our specialist needs to be involved. Whenever is possible, the support service will be operated through direct connection to the affected device or by telephone call.

Should the helpdesk opertaor action provide no solution, one of Effective's consultant or specialists will plan for his presence to the customer's site.

 

Service Activation

 

Effective's telephone/telematic support services (TEL/helpdesk) is dedicated to Effective's clients and is performed in application of terms and conditions of Contratto Quardo Effective (Standard Contract) they have subscribed.

If you are not yet one of Effective's Clients and want to activate the service, please fill the on-line form; Effective will provide you with all necessary instructions.
